工作职责：

1.   操作、维修保养锅炉设备及辅助设备；

2.   操作、保养维修其他管道系统及机械设备；

3.   制作、保养维修消防系统及管道；

4.   操作、维修保养、给排水、冷热水系统；

5.   洗衣房、厨房机械设备系统。

具体工作：

1.   熟悉锅炉系统；

2.   在值班期间，保证锅炉及其他辅助设备正常高效的运行；

3.   保证锅炉和泳池处理系统正常运转及水质合格；

4.   检查并记录锅炉、热交换器的运行状况；

5.   做好所有机器的运行记录；

6.   在当班时，所发现的任何错误及问题均须汇报上司并立即维修；

7.   保持锅炉间清洁整齐并注意防火；

8.   严格遵守锅炉安全操作规章制度；

9.   按上级领导指派来执行其它机械系统维修保养；

10.  保持给排水系统正常运行及维修保养；

11.  保持软化水系统正常运行及维修保养；

12.  检查所有高低区域水箱运行正常；

13.  检查及保养消防水系统运行安全；

14.  每一个轮班工作中，保证系统正常交接；

15.  按照卫生标准检查所有的水箱存水；

16.  确保物料的正确利用及严防浪费，修旧利废，成为环保之友。

以及部门上级领导或酒店委派的其他工作任务。
