a)           对客人表示欢迎并且引导入坐。

b)           帮助客人从食谱中挑选喜欢的菜品，推荐给客人喜欢的饮料。 

c)           从客人那里取回点菜单，要认真核实所点食品饮料的准确性。

d)           将点菜单在领班那里记录，工作时按照餐饮部经营政策规定。

e)           按出纳员的规定要求，及时对领班手中的菜单进行处理。

f)            按菜单要求准备好点单的用具。

g)           按照服务政策规定，提供所需要的食品饮料。

h)           协助处理客人的其它要求（注意：涉及到酒店政策的任何问题都要向经理汇报），要保证客人每时每刻都感到很舒适。

i)            让客人每时每刻都感到受到了热烈欢迎，确保提供最高质量服务，提供服务时方便快捷，太度不能傲慢无礼，服务时一致要保持笑容。

j)            服务前后，时刻关注餐桌的清洁工作。

k)           对菜单了解，对饮料单中所有的具体细目了解。

l)            收取对客人的服务费以及饮食费用。

m)         负责将设施固定一处，保证一天当中设施的运转正常。

n)           保持客人周围清洁。

o)           不可以一直站在某一客人身后，切忌与客人谈个不停，要保持与客人合适距离，随时准备向客人提供服务。  

p)           将发现的问题以及客人的特别需要向领班或者负责人汇报，保证对问题处理及时。

q)           仪表要完全符合酒店政策规定。

r)           尽职尽责完成任务，为酒店商业盈利尽到自己的责任。

s)           积极为酒店收入创收,完成部门收入目标,扩大客人流量并让他们成为我们的常驻客,减少客人投诉,提高社交媒体点评。

以及部门上级领导或酒店委派的其他工作任务。
