职位描述

(1) Attend the working meeting held by the banquet manager, understand the daily banquet arrangement and communicate it to the team;
(2) Before the daily banquet, assign specific job tasks to the attendants according to the banquet reservation;
(3) Arrange staff scheduling reasonably according to the banquet reservation, and ensure that the banquet can be carried out in a reasonable and orderly manner.
(4) Under the guidance of the banquet hall manager, do the banquet design and site layout, and supervise the waiters and attendants to do the preparatory work before the banquet, such as table setting, cleaning and supply of service utensils;
(5) Supervise service personnel to provide quality service according to guests' requirements and try to meet guests' special requirements;
(6) Supervise the waiter to assist the banquet organizer in the reception of guests;
(7) Pay attention to guests' dining conditions, timely consult guests' opinions and suggestions, timely deal with guests' complaints and emergencies and report to the banquet manager;
(8) Organize the cleaning and finishing work of the service area in a timely manner;
(9) After the banquet, check the items, facilities and equipment in the hall, and check the hygiene and cleanliness of the banquet in each room.
(10) According to the arrangement, carry out relevant business training for the waiters, constantly improve the service skills and skills of the waiters, and do a good job in the development and training of restaurant talents;
(11) Under the guidance of the banquet hall manager, do a good job in attendance and performance evaluation of waiters.
