•熟知与营销部有关部门的功能及与营销部之间的工作关系
•能计划及安排销售协商，并分析有关的营业额报告
•熟悉酒店订房的政策及程序
•能够与所有客户和消费者建立并维护积极良好的关系，以达到他们的需求 
•能够有礼貌地接待客人
•能够有效地与其他部门合作

•能够有效地分配工作及督导下属

岗位要求：
•具有二年以上高星级酒店销售经理工作经验

•英语口语良好

•沟通协调能力良好者优先考虑
