• 具体工作：

a) 确保部门内的良好沟通及团队合作；

b) 按照要求参加部门内的会议及培训； 

c) 在楼层主管的管辖下，负责清洗消毒客用杯具并做好相关记录； 

d) 熟悉清洗杯具消毒设施和设备，严格按照标准程序和清洁程序操作，保证杯具的清洁卫生； 

e) 清洗消毒过程中注意保护好杯具，轻拿轻放，尽量减少损耗； 着装、卫生、制服和仪表符合酒店要求； 

f) 保持工作区域的清洁卫生； 

g) 向楼层主管汇报清洁消毒设备的问题和故障以及清洁消毒易耗品的消耗； 

h) 定期汇报杯具的损耗并及时补充； 

i) 10. 在出租率允许的情况下，帮助服务员收集脏杯具； 

j) 11. 能够适应主管安排的其它班次； 

k) 12. 做好充足准备，以应对紧急事件的发生，例如火灾，停电，地震和炸弹威胁等；

l) 13. 完成领导指派的其它职责及任务。

m) 14. 以及部门上级领导或酒店委派的其他工作任务。
