• 工作职责

a) 保养与修理所有木制家具及装置；

b) 按酒店要求制作，保养及修理装饰配备；

c) 执行房间及餐厅的整修工作；

d) 保养、检查所有的闭门器和门窗的完好性；对客房门锁定期进行维护；

e) 确保物料的正确利用及严防浪费，修旧利废，成为环保之友。

• 具体工作

a) 保证各项修理工作达到原来的质量标准；

b) 修理或整新客房家具及固定装置；

- 写字台、茶几、椅子、床与轮、床头板、床头柜、行李架、沙发、衣橱及隔板等；

- 墙纸、天花、窗锁及窗封、日／夜窗帘、书钩、镜子、门、地毯及踢脚板；

- 门锁、门堵、门链、门镜、衣橱挂衣杆及钩等。

c) 修理所有公共区域(大堂、餐厅、厕所)及办公室家具与固定装置：椅子、矮椅、桌子、门及锁、书钩、镜子、架子及隔板、橱柜、手推车及木器、木制饰物、走廊墙壁、护板隔断、沙发及天花等；

d) 制作立橱，壁厨、架子、桌子、告示板、矮椅、椅子及设立隔断；

e) 执行所有油漆及粉刷工作；

f) 完成其它由上司指派的工作；

g) 保持工作区整洁并注意防火；

h) 严格遵守工作间安全规章制度；

i) 以及部门上级领导或酒店委派的其他工作任务；

关键技能和任职资格 

• 装修工程知识、木工知识，油漆知识、识图能力

• 能与上级领导及同事有效沟通、能与其他工种有效配合

• 5年家具装配、修理及装饰包括油漆等工作经验

• 木/油工职校毕业或同等学历
