Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）

Implement the new butler motto “To be invisible but available” by providing prompt, accurate & courteous services to the resident guests at the Manor Club by ensuring the efficient operation of the floor(s) under his / her control to maintain the highest standards of Butler service and to maximize guest satisfaction & organizational profitability in an atmosphere of high employee morale.

1. Offer personalized service to the guests who stay at the Manor Club with close communication with other related departments of the hotel.

通过与酒店的其他相关部门交流合作，为住在行政酒廊的客人提供个性化的服务。

2. Ensure the room is prepared to required standards and meets specific needs of guest.

确保准备的房间符合客人要求及具体的需求。

3. Liaise with other departments over servicing requirements of room and guest

与其他部门协作来超越客人和房间的服务要求。

4. Other ad hoc tasks and duties as required by Manor Club Manager and Chief Butler

要完成行政酒廊经理以及首席管家安排的其它工作。

Requirements 任职资格：

1. University Bachelor Degree and above.

大学本科及以上学历。

2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.

优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。

3. Good interpersonal & communication skills.

良好的人际交往和沟通能力。

4. Ability to work independently and as a team.

能够独立工作和团队合作。

Experience 经验要求：

2 years and above experience in similar position in a luxury or ultra-luxury international brand hotel.

至少两年在奢华五星级酒店或国际品牌的超豪华酒店的相关工作经验。
