Job Description

1. Ensure company policies and procedures, and comply with brand standards.
2. Confidently understand the content of the food and beverage menu and be able to explain it in detail to guests, understand F&B needs, and provide appropriate suggestions.
3. Ensure that each meal section in the restaurant area will be set according to standards, including setting up tables, setting up buffets, preparing all equipment for service, and ensuring that you have had a pre meal meeting with your supervisor.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the buffet table.
5. Ensure that the service desk is kept clean and tidy.
6. Effectively communicate with the kitchen.
7. Ensure complete understanding of food products and have done better marketing.
8. Be polite and friendly with guests and colleagues.
9. Assist in pulling chairs when guests arrive and leave.
10. Continuously replenish and replace: bread, butter, water, ashtray, and other ingredients.
11. After the guest leaves, immediately rearrange the table.
12. Participate in all training arranged by the hotel.
13. Thoroughly understand the service process.
14. Necessary teamwork.
15. The catering director and manager may arrange other tasks.
