HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

1.     Be responsible for the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and Laundry, including the management of all external contracts.

2.     Thoroughly understand and strictly comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and work standards.

3.     Conduct random inspections on guest rooms, facilities, equipment and all related supplies at any time in accordance with the hotel’s operational standards.

4.     Formulate the department’s annual budget and ensure that the department’s operating expenses are controlled within the budgetary limits.

5.     Inspect the facilities and management of the Housekeeping Department, conduct random quality checks and drive the overall improvement of the department’s work quality and efficiency.

6.     Maintain close communication with the Purchasing Department to facilitate the smooth processing of daily procurement requests and supervise the inventory status of the Housekeeping Department’s warehouse in a rigorous manner.

7.     Ensure the efficient completion of daily operational tasks.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

1.     Minimum 5 years of Executive Housekeeper experience in equivalent luxury hotels is preferred.

2.     Proficient in housekeeping professional knowledge, computer skills and English (written & verbal communication).

3.     Familiar with housekeeping management, service processes and quality standards.

4.     Possess strong organizational coordination, adaptability, operational capabilities, written expression and information management skills.
