主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
1. 负责支持完成指定市场和业务部门的宴会销售目标,协调各方之间的关系等。
2. 通过客户关系管理,与市场和他/她所负责的客户群保持持续的联系,以代表和推广酒店。
3. 通过活动记录,活动订单,BEO与各部门进行有效沟通,确保活动顺利进行。
4. 确保所有的日常工作及时、恰当地完成。
5. 根据需要对销售记录进行手工记录电子录入的维护和更新,提供行政支持,例如会议记录,word /excel / ppt,日历/旅行安排,系统输入等。
6. 协助总监、副总监和经理完成日常工作。
任职资格:
1. 大学本科及以上学历。
2. 优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。
3. 熟练使用Excel,Word,PowerPoint等行政软件。
4. 良好的人际交往和沟通能力,仪容仪表得体。
5. 有独立工作和团队合作的能力。

THE TEAM
You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team, working closely with the Events and Catering Sales function. Reporting directly to the Director of Events, this role collaborates across hotel departments to support the successful coordination and execution of meetings, events, and banquets, ensuring seamless communication and administrative excellence throughout the sales and event lifecycle.
YOUR ROLE
As an Event Sales Assistant, you play a vital support role within the Events Sales team, enabling the smooth handling of enquiries, sales administration, and internal coordination. You contribute directly to the success of each event by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication with key stakeholders, while supporting the team’s sales efforts and enhancing the overall guest and client experience.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Events/Catering Sales team, including contracts, proposals, confirmations, and records
-Coordinate and distribute accurate event documentation such as Banquet Event Orders, event rundowns, and group resumes
-Liaise effectively with internal hotel departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution
-Support Sales Managers in handling and tracking event enquiries and sales leads
-Maintain and update guest and client databases to support repeat business and future sales initiatives
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, ensuring timely and effective communication
COULD THIS BE YOU?
-You have experience in hotel sales, events, or marketing, ideally within a luxury or international hospitality environment
-You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple administrative tasks
-You communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
-You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and hotel sales or front office systems
-You enjoy working collaboratively within a team while remaining capable of working independently
-You demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a service-focused mindset when dealing with guests and colleagues
