Job summary –

The position is a GL accountant for Shanghai Corporate Finance team. He/she would be participated in in charge of month-end closing and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

• Complete monthly GL closing and reconciliation
• Improve current internal and external process and maintain COA & GL SOP
• Support AP/AR/FA/Cash monthly closing
• Support Oracle system further implementation
• Lead restructuring FCCS reporting project and work with the team for testing and implementation.
• Support annual audit and tax filing requirements for cross-boarding entities.

 Other Standard Responsibilities

• Team internal training for Oracle GL module by quarterly.
• Make sure all process follows Global Financial Policy.

 Required Skills –

• Excellent ERP knowledge and skillset, especially GL and I/C module and familiar with ERP Smart-view, EPM reporting module and Hyperion.
• Excellent Excel skill
• Excellent English communication skill

 Qualifications –

• International certificate like HKCPA/ACCA/CMA/USCPA/CICPA would be preferred

 Experience –

• At least 5 years’ experience in the field of accounting, at least 3 years as GL role
• Group reporting experience would be preferred
• Group auditing experience would be preferred
• Auditor experience would be preferred
• Oracle experience would be preferred
