Job Description

1. 负责宴会和会议，展示会等的推销、预订工作。
2. 制定宴会销售的市场推销计划、简历并完善宴会销售部工作程序和标准，制定宴会销售部规章制度并指挥实施。
3. 安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作。
4. 与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调，共同议定宴会菜单及价格。
5. 与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合。
