THE TEAM

You will be part of the Executive Office and a key member of the hotel’s Executive Committee, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role leads and works closely with senior leaders across Food & Beverage, Culinary Operations, Rooms, Spa, Security, and partners collaboratively with Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Talent & Culture to drive overall hotel success.

 

YOUR ROLE

As Hotel Manager, you play a critical leadership role in directing the hotel’s day-to-day operations while supporting the Managing Director in achieving operational excellence and financial success. You will ensure five-star standards are consistently upheld, lead senior leaders across multiple divisions, and foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and collaboration that reflects Rosewood’s philosophy and purpose.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Lead and oversee the daily operations of Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Rooms, Spa, Technology Experience and Security to ensure exceptional service standards.

- Support the development and execution of hotel-wide operational and financial strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Talent & Culture to drive overall hotel performance.

- Set annual objectives, coach senior leaders, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

- Act as Manager on Duty, resolving guests and associate matters with professionalism and efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with corporate stakeholders and the Executive Committee to achieve strategic goals and maintain five-star positioning.

 

COULD THIS BE YOU?

- You bring a minimum of 20 years’ hotel experience, including at least 5 years at an Executive level.

- You have proven experience across at least three major hotel operational divisions.

- You are a confident leader who can coach, motivate, and influence senior teams to deliver results.

- You remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused in high-pressure or complex situations.

- You communicate exceptionally well and can effectively engage guests, associates, and stakeholders.

- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and are fluent in English.
