岗位职责：

1.熟知菜谱和各类侍餐方式并知晓餐饮服务招待的整个过程。

2.执行西餐厅服务工作规范及工作制度。

3.协助餐厅经理、依据所订立之目标作计划、组织、指引和监察餐厅食物质量及服务以达至高质素的服务以满足客人的要求。

4.监督员工按照规范标准对客服务。

5.协助处理宾客的投诉，不断改善服务质量。

6.抓好设备设施的维修保养，严格物资管理制度，做好餐厅安全和防火工作。

岗位要求：

1.2年以上星级酒店同岗位工作经验或社会餐饮管理工作经验；

2.良好的沟通及语言表达能力和团队协作能力。
