Job Summary

Operational Leader, fully accountable for the day-to-day running of the Department operations, oversee and prioritize all aspects of the Middle Eastern restaurant concept by Planning Authentic seasonal menus, support themed events, Engage with special, VIP & regular customers, oversee all aspects from the raw materials research and selection to preparation, staff training and development, hygiene, safety and service quality. Ensure that the dishes are prepared to the highest standards, using the highest quality original ingredients by prioritising authenticity, originality in flavour and high end presentation. Manage costs and drive profitability that need to be aligned with the department financial goals. Strictly Follow the restaurant's concept directions and guidelines settled by corporate team and implemented by the Division leader.
