THE TEAM

As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will support the daily operations of a restaurant outlet, working closely with the Assistant Manager – Outlet and leading a team of Captains, Waiters/Waitresses, Bartenders, and Hostesses. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative, guest-focused environment while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Leader – Outlet, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences through effective supervision, coaching, and coordination of restaurant operations. You will ensure service standards are consistently maintained, support team development, enhance guest satisfaction, and contribute to achieving outlet sales and operational goals.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Support the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Lead, coach, and motivate associates to consistently follow service standards, procedures, and brand expectations.

Allocate tasks effectively and supervise opening, closing, and side duties to ensure operational excellence.

Deliver outstanding guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving concerns promptly, and creating memorable moments.

Drive revenue through menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and achieving established sales targets.

Maintain strong communication and collaboration with other departments to support seamless hotel operations.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

You have experience supervising teams within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.

You are confident communicating in both English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills.

You possess solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and restaurant procedures.

You demonstrate leadership potential, with the ability to coach, inspire, and build team confidence.

You are well organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling guest requests and operational challenges professionally.

You are comfortable using basic computer applications, including Word and Excel, and understand cash handling and cashiering procedures.
