You will play a key role in audit coordination, tax planning, and financial system enhancement, contributing to the overall financial health and operational success of Rosewood Hotel Group.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Lead the global accounting team to ensure accurate and timely monthly closing.
  • Oversee financial reporting and consolidation of financial statements across business units.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly group reporting packages.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including account reconciliation and balance sheet reviews.
  • Lead the annual group audit process and finalize financial statements for timely submission.
  • Support group tax planning initiatives and oversee annual tax filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You are a qualified finance professional with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a recognized accounting qualification.
  • You bring 15+ years of experience in finance, including 5+ years in audit, and have held senior leadership roles.
  • You have deep expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and global financial reporting standards.
  • You are fluent in English and possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • You excel at leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence, building trust with stakeholders across regions.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice
