THE TEAM

The Corporate Finance team provides financial leadership and governance across the region, ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and compliance with global and local requirements. The team partners closely with Operations, Tax, FP&A, Systems, and external stakeholders to support sustainable growth and financial excellence across APAC.

YOUR ROLE

As a senior member of the finance organization, you will lead regional accounting operations to ensure a controlled, compliant, and high‑performing financial environment across the Group. You will play a critical role in strengthening governance, driving consistency in reporting, and continuously improving accounting processes and systems.

Through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you will support accurate financial reporting, timely audits and tax filings, and the ongoing optimization of Oracle and regional accounting practices—contributing directly to Rosewood Hotel Group’s financial integrity and long‑term success.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Lead and develop the APAC Accounting team, fostering strong performance, collaboration, and accountability
• Oversee monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting
• Review hotel fee calculations, AR positions, and support effective payment collection with hotels and owners
• Prepare and review financial reports and reporting packages in line with HKFRS / IFRS and Global Financial Policy
• Partner closely with auditors to deliver group and local statutory audits on time
• Support APAC tax filings and compliance requirements in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls
• Lead Oracle Fusion system optimization and deliver training on policies, processes, and systems

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You bring strong technical accounting expertise with a deep understanding of HKFRS / IFRS
• You have extensive experience in regional or multinational accounting environments, ideally within APAC
• You are confident partnering with auditors, tax advisors, and senior stakeholders
• You have hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
• You are a people leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and leading teams
• You communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder‑management skills
