THE TEAM

You will join the Outlet/Bar’s service team, delivering refined yet vibrant outlet/bar experiences that reflect the spirit of the destination. This role is a key member of the Outlet/Bar’s service team and reports to the Assistant Manager and Team Leader, with a dotted reporting line to the Manager, working closely with colleagues across the Food & Beverage and Kitchen departments to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences.

YOUR ROLE

As a Waiter / Waitress, you play an important role in bringing the Rosewood experience to life through thoughtful, professional, and personalized service. You contribute directly to guest satisfaction, revenue performance, and the overall reputation of Rosewood Beijing by delivering exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, and working collaboratively within the team to uphold the highest service standards.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Deliver warm, professional, and personalized food and beverage service to ensure memorable guest experiences.

- Maintain strong working relationships across the Food & Beverage team to ensure consistent service standards.

- Anticipate and respond proactively to guest needs, special requests, and preferences.

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns courteously and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.

- Upsell menu items and beverages to support revenue generation and achieve sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service procedures, health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

- You have at least one year of experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a bar or restaurant environment.

- You demonstrate a friendly, professional, and calm demeanor with a genuine passion for guest service.

- You are a strong team player who communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels.

- You pay close attention to detail, take pride in your work, and act with integrity and accountability.

- You are adaptable and flexible, able to work long hours, rotating shifts, and public holidays.

- You possess basic to good proficiency in spoken and written English.
