• 工作职责

a) 根据酒店的运作要求，制定各系统设备的预防维修及保养计划；

b) 组织并带领员工做好各项日常维修工作；

c) 完成上级领导布置的工作任务；

d) 与相关部门就职责范围内的事宜进行协调；

e) 协助值班工程师做好各项维修工作及计划。

a) 领导、计划和组织；

b) 紧急事故与故障的处理；

c) 做好下属员工的技术培训、考核及督导检查工作；

d) 履行酒店和部门的政策，规章制度和指导方针；

e) 有效的管理与控制浪费，修旧利费成为环保之友；

f) 积极引导下属工作并树立典范，具备超前的和无畏的领导能力；

g) 组织并带领员工进行日常的各项维修工作，确保所完成工作的质量符合酒店的要求；

h) 对工作中出现的异常情况及时向上级领导汇报；

i) 协助值班工程师做好员工的管理、各项维修工作及计划，推动员工达到共同目标，加强团队精神；与其它小组紧密配合,共同克服各种困难.

j) 酒店各系统设备的维修保养与工作程序的安排和督导；

k) 确保酒店各系统设备的维修保养达到一流的水平和标准；

l) 做好预防性的维修保养，能源保护和成本控制程序；

m) 确保酒店各系统设备在维修中有适当的记录；

n) 正确的控制、管理所有设备、工具和物料；

o) 积极加强与上级领导、下级员工及各有关当局的沟通协调工作；

p) 紧密跟踪与督导外面包工的施工，使其达到最高标准。

q) 以及部门上级领导或酒店委派的其他工作任务。

关键技能和任职资格 

• 具有电气、空调、锅炉、机械及管道等方面的专业知识

• 3-5年相关工作经验

• 中专以上学历（电气或机械专业），或取得与之等同的相关证书者

• 流利的普通话，英文日常用语
