1、具备本地市场的酒店宴会销售岗位工作经验，能结合行业特点开展宴会销售工作，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神；

4、工作细致、严谨、有责任心，并具有战略前瞻性思维；

5、具备优秀的客户开发能力，并能和客户维持良好关系的技巧；

6、具备优秀的销售技巧来销售产品和服务。

【岗位职责】

1、负责宴会、会议等的销售和预订工作；并在活动中准备相关文件并协调销售、其他部门和客户之间的关系，确保宴会顺利进行

2、协助制定宴会销售的市场推销计并完善宴会销售部工作程序和标准，严格遵守宴会销售部规章制度；

3、参加部门会议、完成上传下达工作；

4、完事宴会订单和客户的存档，使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段；

5、与餐饮部沟通协调，共同议定宴会菜单及价格；

6、与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合；

7、遵酒店标准、政策和程序；

8、完成其他指定的职责以满足商业要求
