工作职责：

1.   确保部门良好的沟通，团队合作；

2.   参加必要的会议及培训；

3.   实施并遵守楼层主管做出的各项决策及工作计划；

4.   熟悉客房内各项设施，设备，以便更好地为客人提供帮助；

5.   保管好负责区域的万能钥匙；

6.   着装、卫生、制服和仪表符合酒店要求；

7.   清扫指定的区域的所有客房 、走廊等服务区域，保持运行设备的清洁和正常使用；

8.   上交所有捡拾到的物品；

9.   及时汇报区域内不需要服务或挂请勿打扰标志的房间；

10.  向楼层主管汇报房间里的设备及设施故障；

11.  按需要完成日常清洁工作和大清洁；

12.  确保服务达到客人的要求，贯彻执行酒店政策和工作程序；

13.  向楼层主管汇报形迹可疑的人，丢失的物品，健康安全隐患及一切不正常的情况；

14.  按照要求代替其他非管理人员完成工作；

15.  按需要提供夜床服务；

16.  做好管辖区域内各项物品的盘点工作；

17.  按新世界酒店的程序处理迷你吧的事务；

18.  向客人提供一切尽可能的帮助和优质的服务；

19.  做好充足准备，以应对紧急事件的发生，例如火灾，停电，地震及炸弹威胁等；

20.     完成领导指派的其它职责及任务。

以及部门上级领导或酒店委派的其他工作任务。
