THE TEAM

You will be part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting directly to the Outlet Manager and working closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. You will lead a dynamic front-of-house team including Supervisors, Captains, Hostesses, Bartenders, and Service Associates, collaborating with culinary and other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

YOUR ROLE

As Assistant Manager – Outlet, you will support the Outlet Manager in driving daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will play a key role in leading the team, optimizing operational efficiency, and contributing to revenue growth while upholding Rosewood’s brand standards and personalized service philosophy.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and take full responsibility in the absence of the Outlet Manager

- Ensure exceptional service standards and deliver personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations

- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to maintain high performance and service consistency

- Drive revenue through upselling initiatives and support achievement of financial targets

- Monitor and control costs, labor, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with kitchen and cross-functional teams to continuously enhance service quality and guest satisfaction

COULD THIS BE YOU?

- You have at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel or restaurant environment

- You are a natural team leader with strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills

- You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- You demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership

- You are confident in handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally

- You are proficient in English communication and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
