THE TEAM

You will be part of the Food & Beverage Kitchen team, working alongside a diverse and professional culinary brigade. Reporting directly to the Chef de Partie and supported by the Sous Chef, the team is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and teamwork.

 YOUR ROLE

As a Cook (Commis Chef), you will support daily kitchen operations and contribute to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes in line with Rosewood standards. You will play a key role in maintaining hygiene, food safety, and operational excellence, while developing your culinary skills within a dynamic team environment.

 HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Maintain effective communication with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Follow all hotel policies related to fire safety, health, and sanitation
• Execute instructions from Chef de Cuisine and supervisors accurately
• Minimize food waste and handle ingredients responsibly
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functional
