YOUR ROLE

The Sales Coordinator, Global Sales supports the achievement of sales goals by providing operational and strategic assistance to the Directors of Global Sales. This role plays a critical part in enabling revenue generation through project management, client servicing, and data reporting. The Coordinator will help improve team efficiency, drive innovation in client engagement, and ensure seamless execution of sales activations and events.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Provide direct sales support, including the development of presentations, quarterly business review decks, and sales trip itineraries and reports.
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries, VIP and reservation requests, and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders, including hotel teams and corporate offices.
  • Maintain and update sales resource databases, including SFDC, and manage group inquiries and leisure RFPs.
  • Plan and execute client events, sales missions, and tradeshows, including post-event reporting and processing of finance and legal documentation.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting dashboards for strategic accounts and Elite agencies using Revintel and internal systems, supporting APAC GSO and the VP of Global Sales.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Prezi, Beautiful.ai, and Canva preferred.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with sales technologies including Salesforce, Cvent/Lanyon, Delphi, Opera, and Revintel preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently with good judgment and initiative.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
