职位描述

1. check the shift record, understand the handover of the last shift, and responsible for handling;
2. familiar with reservation information, understand guests needs, especially remember the name of VIPs, the frequent guests who will call, understand all the activities of the hotel;
3. familiar with the hotel's policies on room sales, promote rooms to guests, and strive for the best revenue;
4. skilled in the front desk professional business and skills, do a good job of customer service;
5. proficient in hotel information, to provide accurate inquiry services;
6. responsible for the hotel guests check-in/out procedures;
7. responsible for the management and issuance of room keys and strictly abide by the verification system;
8. prepare relevant reports and provide accurate reception information for other departments.
