Job Summary

The role will be responsible for Guest Experience, Concierge Service and Lobby Movement,  be in charge of the functions' smooth daily operation and related team members, following standards and policies while implementing and maintaining the highest level of service in line with the management philosophy which also serves as a guide and example to respective team members.

Experience

Solid experience in Guest Experience and Concierge operations in top luxury hotel. Min. 2 years experience as head of Front Service related functions, good personal presentation with strong lobby control and team leading skills. Fluent Mandarin and English speaking is a must.
