 YOUR ROLE

As Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for the operations of all housekeeping and laundry operations including management of any outside contracts.  You will also be responsible for the selection, procurement, and ongoing management of all team member uniforms, working in close coordination with the Laundry Manager and the Rooms Division together to maintain the highest standards of presentation and functionality.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to ensure the efficient, effective and profitable operation of all departments that come under the supervision of the Hotel’s Rooms Division.

- Collates and analyses forecast from Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation and other areas under Rooms Division.

- Identifies staff training requirements and service improvements areas.

- Develops and implements guest recognition program.

- Conducts daily and monthly meetings to highlight areas of improvement in the service aspects and obtain feedback.

- Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.

- Ensures that there are proper service standards in all areas of Rooms Division.

COULD THIS BE YOU？

- You hold a bachelor’s degree and bring a professional background in Rooms, giving you a strong foundation for strategic decision-making.

- You have at least two years of managerial experience as an Executive Housekeeper for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.

- You demonstrate a commanding sense of responsibility and integrity, with a proven ability to lead initiatives, navigate complexity, and drive decisions independently.

- Fluent in English, you are an influential communicator, adept at building trust and providing authoritative compliance counsel to senior business partners.
