主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

餐饮销售经理负责对酒店各餐厅的客人关系进行维护、为餐厅增收。不断努力拓展新客户，同时保持现有客人的忠诚度，协助打造创新的促销活动，以最大限度地提高直销利润。监督和指导餐饮销售的相关方面，负责客户服务、组织管理、销售管理等，超越客人期望。

底薪及提成组成综合收入。

3.通过微信群或其他平台管理客人，定期推广餐厅及产品

4.收集来自各餐厅客户的反馈

5.建立受众联系人列表，与已经与众多客人保持联系的餐厅经理和助理经理密切合作
