职位描述

Be responsible for managing all aspects of guest relations in accordance with hotel standards. Implement and uphold management and service philosophies, assist the hotel management team, and provide personalized services to guests.
Be fully familiar with and comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and standards; have a good command of the correct usage and maintenance methods of work equipment, and use equipment properly as required.
Anticipate guest needs at all times and under all circumstances, respond promptly and keep guests informed; maintain good relationships with guests at all times.
Treat collecting as much guest feedback as possible and reporting it to the management as part of daily work; resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
In this position, work to increase the revenue of guest rooms, the vehicle fleet, and the entire hotel through various channels and efforts.
Provide personal butler services when receiving VIP guests or when requested by guests, and create a quality service environment for Russian guests in Russian.
Assist associates in understanding their job responsibilities to ensure the provision of high-quality services to guests; pay attention to guests' responses, conduct frequent discussions with associates, and further enhance guest satisfaction.
