Provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community within the limits of established hotel and local policies and procedures. Coordinates with all departments in the hotel.
• Ensures the Front Services team maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards (Hotel & Forbes) on a daily basis.
• Monitor TrustYou and take necessary action to ensure service level and engagement are always up to hotel standard and goal set by the management in order to maintain high customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
• To assist and support the Director of Front Services (DOFS) and Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM) in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
• Works with DOFS and AFOM to ensure training needs analysis of Front Desk team member is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs.
