THE TEAM

You will be part of the Mei Bar within the Food & Beverage division, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. You will lead the Mei Bar team, including the Assistant Manager and operational associates, working collaboratively with other F&B departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

YOUR ROLE

As Manager - Mei Bar, you will oversee all aspects of outlet operations, ensuring service excellence in line with Rosewood standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, optimize financial performance, and build a high-performing team while creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Lead daily bar operations to ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction

- Build, train and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance management

- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently

- Drive revenue through upselling strategies and achievement of sales targets

- Manage scheduling, manpower planning and operational efficiency

- Control costs and expenses to maximize outlet profitability

COULD THIS BE YOU?

- You have at least 8 years of management experience in a hotel bar, lounge or nightlife environment

- You are a hands-on leader with strong team management and training capabilities

- You possess strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, including wine and beverage expertise

- You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoke

- You are highly organized, detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure

- You are passionate, service-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
