THE TEAM

As part of the Food & Beverage Department, you will lead a dedicated outlet service team including Assistant Manager, Team Leader, Captain, Bartender, and Service Associate. You will report directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and work closely with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, and other departments to deliver seamless and elevated guest experiences.

 

YOUR ROLE

As Manager - Outlet, you are responsible for the overall success of the outlet’s daily operations, guest experience, team performance, and financial results. You play a key leadership role in translating Rosewood’s service philosophy into meaningful, personalized moments for every guest, while ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and profitability. Through strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will drive service standards, nurture talent, and contribute to the continued success of Rosewood Beijing.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Lead and oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring service standards and brand expectations are consistently met and exceeded

- Deliver highly personalized guest experiences, proactively handling guest feedback and resolving concerns with care and discretion

- Inspire, train, and develop a high‑performing service team, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and engagement

- Drive revenue performance through effective upselling, cost control, manpower planning, and achievement of sales targets

- Ensure strict compliance with service procedures, cashiering standards, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies

- Collaborate closely with Culinary and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest journeys

 

COULD THIS BE YOU?

- You have at least 2 years of management experience in a hotel or high‑end restaurant environment

- You are passionate about luxury service, guest engagement, and creating memorable dining experiences

You lead with integrity, confidence, and a strong sense of accountability

- You communicate effectively with teams across all levels and departments

You are detail‑oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable managing operational and financial responsibilities

- You have good command of spoken and written English and are proficient in Computer Softwares
