Job Summary

Responsible that all bars in the hotel are always properly equipped, maintained and cleaned. Ensure that all bartenders are properly trained and follow cocktail standards and recipes. Enhance the beverage knowledge of all bar associates to guarantee a professional guest approach to maximize revenue & profit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

Responsible for the recommendation and sales of cocktail and other beverages to guests. Offer and promote the digestives.
Carry out cocktail & beverage education classes.
Implement a bar inspection schedule for al bar to ensure all bars are set up according to standard, kept need and tidy and all ENG issues are fixed
Train front of house about cocktails & beverages to ensure all front line associates follow the standards and recipes
Co-ordinate the work of subordinates and maintain the established procedures and policies.
Converse with guests to maintain a good relationship as well as extending personal touch.
