职位描述

1. Start and end the day by following the manager's checklist.
2. Actively interact with guests to seek feedback.
3. Train, maintain and enforce all service standards in the restaurant.
4. Perform revenue and billing control procedures correctly on shifts.
5. Handle daily employee collaboration (e.g. time adjustment).
6. Establish a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and guests.
7. Provide as much assistance as possible to restaurant operations (e.g. work schedules, reservations).
8. Find solutions to problems such as phone service, last minute reservations, or other problems that may occur every day.
9. To ensure that in the operation of the restaurant, assist the waiters or waitress to satisfy the guests in their respective positions.
10. Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
11. Ensure that basic tasks are completed on a daily basis.
12. Maintain uniform standards for staff.
13. Manage an effective engineering maintenance and maintenance program through the use of work orders and inspections.
14. Understand and teach delegation principles to ensure guest satisfaction.
15. Use the job rotation system to ensure the rationality of the work arrangement.
16. Familiarize yourself with all guest bonus plans and proper closing procedures regarding their accounts.
17. Inspire our employees to succeed by example.
18. Motivate employees to solve problems through all possible training and empowerment.
19. Communicate directly or through the log book with the supervisor or manager of the next shift.
