1.Familiar with the job responsibilties of every position and operation procedures of Sales & Marketing Depatment. Famliar with local market and has

rich experience in market operations, strong marketing capabilities.

2.To review the operating results of the hotel and take appropriate action to ensure that profit budget objectives are achieved

根据酒店营运状况采取适当的措施，以确保实现酒店经营目标。

3.Supervise the acivities ofthe sales manager to ensure that alinguiries are promptly handled, groups are folowed up on and re-bookings made, all

tentaive groups are followed up on. Al requests ofthe clients are carried out taking into account the regard for the hotel's proftability.

监督销售经理，确保所有的业务及时处理，团队的跟进和重新预定，以及所有暂定团体跟进和客户需求的满足，为酒店盈利。

4.Supervises subordinates to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion

管理下级保证日常的工作能够按时完成。

Qualifications 任职资格:

1.More than five years experience of 5 star intemational hotel in the same position

5年以上5星级国际酒店同岗位工作经验。

2.To be knowledgeable in Sales & Marketing service and operation.

具备销售管理及运营的专业管理能力。

3.Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity, ability to work under pressure.

具备高度责任感，正直且诚恳，有良好的抗压能力。

4.Ability to motivate, lead and communicate with his team members.

具备与团队成员良好的激励和沟通才能。

5.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

精通微软办公软件的使用。

6.Fluent in English and Putonghua with strong oral and written communication skills

良好的书写和口头交流技巧，英文及普通话流利。

7.Has five-star intemational brand hotel work experience
