岗位职责
1. 在工程部总监及副总监的领导下，完成所分担的工作，确保责任范围内的设备安全经济运行。

2. 熟悉酒店工程系统基本情况，掌握管理要点，了解酒店设备设施的运行原理，掌握设备设施运行状况。

3. 负责编制责任范围内的各项规章制度、安全操作规程，并组织、督促员工认真学习设备设施安全操作规程，经常检查员工的执行情况，坚决制止违规操作。

4.监督、协调并执行其值班时设备的日常运行工作。

5.进行内部工程维修系统的工单分配和跟踪，确保每项工单落实到位。

岗位要求

1.2年及以上星级酒店同岗位工作经验。

2.持有高压电工证，掌握高压工程设备的基础知识。

3.有一定的领导能力和团队协调能力。
