职位描述

1、负责会议宴会、MICE销售，根据部门销售计划，制定个人销售活动计划。

2、通过开发新客户，稳定老客户，以力争达到所确定的销售收入目标。

3、寻求个人“重复业务”联系，将电话询价转换为执行活动，并发现新的商业机会。

4、与会议宴会销售团队一起，负责将所有电话询价转变成直接收入。

5、在酒店的参与各种宴会活动及VIP的接待工作。

6、熟悉自己客户分类情况及各客户的需求特点和主要的竞争对手。

7、建立强大的联系信息库，以便获取关于各种计划好的将要举行的活动/宴会的信息。
