3, Oversee the preparation and updating of departmental operations manuals.

4, Chairing daily departmental communication meetings and ensuring that regular meetings are conducted efficiently.

5, Ensure that all staff convey the brand culture and provide excellent service to guests, and ensure that all staff provide excellent service to all internal guests from other departments.

6，Assist in the preparation, operation and updating of the annual marketing plan as necessary based on departmental breakdowns.
