Job Summary

Implement certain duties to assigned function(s) in Front Services, as an important role of Hotel lobby movement control, leading subordinate team members; interact with guests and members of the community within the limits of established hotel and local policies and procedures.  Coordinates with all related departments in the Hotel.

Requirements 

1. University bachelor's degree and above, excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.

2. To assist and support the Front Services Manager in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.

3. Maintains and implements effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to use related computer systems.

5. Min 2 years experiences in similar capacity with luxury or international chain hotels, as same role or Duty Manager.
