Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

Responsible for the butler services and operations of Manor Club when tasks assigned by MC Manager, aimed to guest satisfaction and keeping tracks of individual performances on daily basis.

1. Monitor closely all expenses and the inventories

严格监控各项费用支出及库存管理

2. Ensure that the Standards of the hotel are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis

确保酒店的日常服务标准保持在一个较高的水平

3. Maintain a complete knowledge of facilities, timing and products of the hotel

全面掌握酒店设施设备信息、营业时间及产品知识

4.. Review arrival and departure reports for accuracy and completeness

检查到店和离店报告的准确性和完整性

5. Prepare weekly work schedule in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts. Adjust the schedule to meet business demands if necessary.

根据人员配置标准与人力需求预测制定每周排班表，必要时根据业务需求调整

6. Have people management and supervisory skills to coach, guide, correct and train the team

具备团队管理与督导能力，指导、纠正和培训团队
7. Promote positive guest relations at all times and build up rapport with internal and external guests to build up the recognition program

始终维护良好的客户关系，并与内外宾客互动建立良好的关系，以强化品牌认知计划
8. Monitor guest preferences are kept updated

持续更新客人偏好信息库

Requirements 任职资格：

1. University Bachelor’s Degree and above.

大学本科及以上学历。

2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.

优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。

3. Good interpersonal & communication skills.

良好的人际交往和沟通能力。

4. Thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities

全面了解酒店的服务和设施。

Experiences 经验要求：

Minimum one-year experience as a Chief Butler in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel; previous supervisory experience.

一年以上豪华或超豪华酒店首席管家工作经验；有管理经验。
