Job Duties (including but not limited to)：

1. Assists the Director of Communications to ensure assigned jobs duties of the Communications Department are completed according to standards and in a timely fashion.

2. Fulfils required tasks to obtain maximum results in accordance with the hotel’s objectives and Communications directives.

3. Coordinates and maintain good rapport with all departments concerned and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

4. To protect the correct image and positioning of the hotel and Brand by meeting corporate standards in all collateral and advertising material.

5. To help developing and follow through in public relations activities and help in the production of promotional materials, press kits and arrange press and marketing & media coverage.

Requirements：

1. University Bachelor’s Degree and above.

2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.

3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin software.

4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as a team.

6. Pro-active, can fit in the fast speed working atmosphere.

Experiences：

For Communications Executive, minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in hotels or brands.
