Job Duties (including but not limited to):

1.To provide guests with quality service in line with Rosewood Hotel brand standards and ensure service efficiency.

能为客人提供符合瑰丽酒店品牌标准的优质服务并确保服务效率。

2.Proficient in Mircros system and POS booking system.

能够熟练运用Mircros系统和POS预订系统。

3.Ensure timely update of reservation system information.

保证及时更新预订系统的信息。

4.Properly handle reservations according to the situation, be able to communicate with the supervisor and update the reservation system in a timely manner to ensure the restaurant turnover rate and maximize the benefit.

根据情况妥善处理预订，能够及时与主管进行沟通并更新预订系统，确保餐厅的翻台率，实现效益最大化。

5.Provide satisfactory service to all waiting guests.

为等位的客人提供满意的服务。

6.Greet guests and ensure the accuracy of guest reservation information (including number of diners, special requests, etc.).

迎接客人并保证客人预订信息的准确（包括用餐人数、特殊要求等）。

7.Ability to promote dishes

有能力对菜品进行促销。

Requirements:

Grooming and conduct are expected to conform to the hotel's professional image.

Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Experiences 经验要求：

Relevant experience is preferred.
