Job Description

Supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants and Floor Attendants, ensuring that all procedures and guest room, cleaning quality are completed to the hotels standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.

-  Verify room status on AM report; report discrepant rooms; prioritize and update status of checkout rooms.
-  Ensure that assigned staff has reported to work; document any late or absent employees.
-  Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities.
-  Communicate additions or changes to the assignment sheets as they arise throughout the shift. Identify situations, which compromise the department’s standards and delegate these tasks.
