Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

Under the general direction of the Service Centre Team Leader and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels brand and local policies and procedures, performs all aspects of Service Centre services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.

在助理服务中心经理与服务中心主管的指导下，遵循当地政策和酒店程序，遵循服务中心的服务标准，达到尽可能高的客人满意度。
