Job Summary:

This role is expected to support the whole bar with a variety of drink mixes and innovations, rather than only managerial duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

• Responsible for greeting guests, guiding guests to their seats, and introducing venue facilities and service items for guests.
• According to the guests' needs, provide drinks, snacks and other catering services.
• Keep the environment of Hai Bar clean and tidy, replace ashtrays in time and clean up desktop rubbish.
• Familiar with a variety of spirits, whiskey, wine, proficient in cocktail mixing. Innovative ideas and skills to bring a distinctive menu.
• Assist guests with checkout and ensure bills are accurate.
• Ensure fire safety in the premises, be familiar with the use of fire fighting equipment, and be able to quickly evacuate guests in case of emergency.

Required Skills:

• Self-motivated. And able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience  in same position.
• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury tier hotel.
• Preferred can serve guests in English.
