 Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

To work with the F&B team to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals, especially in the area of guest satisfaction. To be prepared to work flexible shifts at designated area to create a fully multi skilled and productive Food and Beverage team.

与餐饮部团队一起确保实现部门目标，特别是为酒吧客人提供满意的服务。具有工作中所需的各种知识和技能并能够适应不同的班次安排。

1. Fully able to operate with all aspects of the Micros (POS), Reservation systems.

能够熟练运用Micros和预订系统。

2. Continuous updating profiles in reservation system.

及时更新预订系统的信息。

3. Welcoming the guest at the restaurant and makes sure he/she checks on correct reservation details (smoking or non-smoking, amount of guests etc).

迎接客人并保证客人预订信息的准确（包括吸烟区或非吸烟区，客人人数等）。

4. Paying attention to and handling special guest needs and requests, anticipating and handling guest’s needs.

注意和正确处理客人的需要，有能力预知客人的需求并且服务。

5. Possesses a thorough knowledge of the Outlet Menu Wine List and specialties.

掌握部门菜单，酒水单和特色食品及饮料的知识。

6. Up-sells the menu and induces guests to take slightly higher than medium prices items and side orders: soup, beverage, salad, dessert, etc. to increase the revenue. Achieves sales targets.

有能力推荐客人菜品（比平均价钱高一点的）或者边菜：汤类，酒水，沙拉，甜品等从而增加部门的收入。

Requirements 任职资格：

Grooming and conduct are expected to conform to the hotel's professional image.

仪容仪表以及行为都要符合酒店的专业形象。

Good interpersonal & communication skills.

良好的人际交往和沟通能力。

Ability to work independently and as a team.

能够独立工作和团队合作。

Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in Chinese and English.

优秀的中英文读写能力和口头沟通能力。

Experiences 经验要求：

Relevant experience is preferred.

有相关经验者优先。
