1, Consolidate and enter bookings from all market segments. Rationalize the use of room rates and sales mix to increase hotel revenue.

2, Provide high quality service to customers within the hotel's code regulations and be courteous to guests and promptly assist in completing guests' booking requests.

3, Co-ordinate and co-operate with Front Office/Sales on daily booking and operational matters.

4, Ability to anticipate guest needs in advance and work to upsell. 

5, Assist the Reservation Manager to maintain the hotel reservation management system.
