THE TEAM

You will be part of the Reservations team, working closely with the Sales & Marketing and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from enquiry to arrival. Reporting directly to the Reservations Manager, this team plays a vital role in driving room revenue while delivering personalized, thoughtful service that reflects Rosewood’s commitment to excellence.

YOUR ROLE

As a Reservations Assistant, you are a key contributor to revenue generation and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling and accurately processing reservations across all market segments, with a particular focus on FIT and group bookings. Through effective coordination with internal teams, attention to detail, and proactive up‑selling, you help ensure every guest interaction supports Rosewood Hotel Group’s standards of service, quality, and commercial performance.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

-            Process and input all reservations accurately and efficiently in line with hotel and brand standards

-            Handle reservation enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels within required response times

-            Proactively upsell higher room categories and relevant packages to maximize revenue

-            Coordinate daily with Front Office and Sales teams on reservation and operational matters

-            Maintain accurate reservation and market segment data to support forecasting and reporting

-            Support the Reservations Manager in the effective use and maintenance of the OPERA system

COULD THIS BE YOU?

-            You are proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English

-            You have at least one year of relevant experience, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment

-            You are detail‑oriented, highly accurate, and comfortable working with reservation systems and data

-            You can multitask effectively and remain calm and professional under pressure

-            You approach guest interactions with diplomacy, confidence, and a service‑driven mindset

-            You are proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to contribute to revenue and team success
