Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

Under the general direction of the SPA Manager and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels local policies and procedures, be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising the SPA activities. Having a positive attitude, self-disciplined and self-motivated is in control of all associates within the section. Extensive training experience and ability to be able to bring guests a unique exercise experience

The SPA Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. Excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.

水疗中心主管（理疗师）/理疗师为客人提供专业的按摩和理疗服务。需要具备优秀的沟通技巧，能够学习产品和服务知识，有效地提供相关健康解决方案，以满足客人的需求。

Requirements 任职资格：

Must hold and maintain a current license

必须持有相关证书

High school degree or above is preferred.

高中毕业或者高中毕业以上学历

Good knowledge of Spa as well as all areas of hotel operations

良好丰富的水疗知识和酒店各部门运营知识

Effective interpersonal skill

高效的跨部门沟通能力

Ability to handle guest inquiry and complaint

处理客人投诉的能力

Ability to established good relationship with guest

建立良好的客户关系

Good English is preferred

Experience 经验要求：

2 years or above experience in spa as a SPA Team Leader / therapist in a 5-Star or above hotels.

2年或2年以上五星酒店水疗中心主管（理疗师背景）或理疗师经验。
